This will be a 16 months construction project where we worked directly for the general contractor. We provided medical and rescue personnel. Our primary duties included:

1.      first aid

2.      medical management and reporting

3.      occupational testing and drug testing

 

ExxonMobil – Starting in September 2006 for 12 months

Beaumont, TX

Refinery

 

This will be a 12 months construction project where we worked directly for the general contractor. We provided medical and rescue personnel. Our primary duties included:

1.      first aid and first responder treatment for injuries

2.      medical management and reporting

3.      safety related duties include:

a.       walk through to confirm safety protection equipment and apparel

4.      on-site drug testing

5.      occupational testing including respirator fit and pulmonary tests

b.      air monitor check

c.       sign off on confined space permits
